Strap Chopper Stand - Sweed 300 Stand
To get the best dollar for strapping waste it should be sorted by type. AWS has designed and manufactured a versatile stand which allows the Sweed 300 Strap Chopper to be moved between two bins for steel and polyester (PET) strap recycling.
The Sweed 300 chopper cuts the residue waste into small pieces. The contents of both strap recycling bins can then be sold to offset the chopper rental or purchase!
The stand is made from heavy duty steel and there is ample space for a small skid to be placed under the PET and steel bins. The bins can then be easily removed with a forklift!
Operation of the Sweed 300 Strap Chopper is as simple as introducing the strap into the in-feed funnel. The chopper will then continue to pull the strap through at a hi-speed rate until the strap is consumed.

PET/PP Battery - P325
Delivering a strap tension of up to 3500N, the Fromm P325 is reinventing the polyester (PET) strapping market.
The P325 strapping tool is battery operated to allow for complete mobility when strapping. The tool caters for polyester strap up to 19mm and can be used for traditional hard industries such as steel, timber and bricks.
The strapping tool is lightweight (4.4kg), compact and can strap at any angle. Tensioning and sealing with the P325 is as simple as pressing the respective buttons.
For efficiency, the welding lever of the P325 locks in position to allow for the preparation of the next strap during welding and cooling.
The P325 will ensure a tight strap every time without the shoulder straining labour of manual strapping tools. The P325 battery operated strap tool will be a welcome addition to any workplace!
