S Tregambe painting specialises in Commercial painting - interior and exterior including high scaffold work. Our team understands the need for business to be up and running as quickly as possible - no down time. We can adjust to your repainting work requirements - as we offer after hours services, weekends or shut down periods. Our experience includes: factories, schools, kindergartens, offices, warehouses, retail premises and strata title or body corporate units. At S Tregambe Painting we offer and arrange long term maintenance contracts.
Residential Painting

We also recognize the importance of providing reliable, cost competitive services to maintain the asset value of property. At S Tregambe Painting we specialise in interior and exterior repainting. The key emphasis is on preparation (to ceilings, walls and woodwork). Our methods include: laying of clean drop sheets, filling holes and cracks, masking, rust treatment, removal of loose and flaking paint, sanding, filling of holes and cracks. If maintenance is not kept up-to-date, the property owner can face peeling, blistering and cracking, maybe even rust, mould or wood rot, which over time will reduce the value of the property and cost the owner a lot more in the long run.
Roof Restoration

You may decide to restore your roof to extend its life or improve the appearance of your home. Restoration is performed on tiled roofs that require re-bedding and re-pointing of the mortar, have broken and chipped tiles or have faded and old looking tiles.
1.Replace (or repair) all broken / cornered tiles and capping
2.Check, secure and coat all flashings, valleys and roof penetrations
3.Source and rectify leaks as noted
4.High pressure clean the roof to eliminate all oxidization, moss and dirt
5.Clean out all valleys, gutters and down pipes
6.Re-bed and re-point as necessary then seal all ridge capping with flexible mortar
7.Seal roof with appropriate sealer or metal roof primer (part one of our unique three coat system)
8.Coat entire roof with two coats of your chosen colour (parts two and three of our unique three coat system)
9.Clean up and remove waste
